CellPod Air
Our Surface Cooled thermal chamber
We are paving the way for the evolution of battery testing.
The independent thermally controlled CellPod Air has been designed to solve the common difficulties that arise in battery testing and have been optimised to make testing more accurate, flexible and safer.

What is the CellPod Air?
The CellPod One: individual surface cooled thermal chambers
The CellPod Air is the next generation in the CellPod family, offering the ability to test larger cells with more power:
01
One cell per CellPod Air: 4690 cylindrical, large pouch cells & prismatic cells can all be tested
02
Each CellPod is individually controlled: no interrupting tests or cells waiting at rest
03
Each CellPod is cooled/heated via direct surface contact from -20 °C to +70 °C
04
Continuous current of up to 300A
05
Tool free cell instrumentation and insertion, with 4-wire (Kelvin) connections
06
Low resistance electrical contacts, with 1 mΩ total resistance (typical)
